Location

As we are incredibly central in Scotland meaning our venue is accessible for guests from all over the country. We are just an hour from Aberdeen, Glasgow and Edinburgh, and no more than 20 minutes from Dundee and Perth. 

Whether travelling by car, coach or public transport, you can be sure that no guest will have trouble attending the event. Our hotel is perfectly situated off the A94 (Glasgow to Aberdeen inner road) with rail links into Dundee and Perth.

A flexible conference venue

We can comfortably cater for any sized event, with rooms that can seat small groups and a large function suite, with a purpose-built stage, for up to 160 guests.

Our staff are happy to meet any needs you may have, and the venue itself can be rearranged to fit your exact specifications. If you aim for a specific atmosphere for your event, you can be sure we'll do every possible to help achieve it.

A personal approach to managing your event

As a start-to-finish service, we will work with you to make sure everything goes exactly as planned. Covering all the fine details and with constant, clear communication, you'll have our team on hand for whatever you may need.

On arrival, you'll meet your host and be given a checklist of the day's agenda to ensure everything is spot on. After any required last-minute actions, your host will be present when you need them and not when you don't, we aim to be as discreet as your requirements need.

Conference and event catering

As part of our conference hosting packages, we offer a full catering service for you and your guests. Working with you, we can develop a menu to suit your specification and create themed catering around your conference's message. You can also have peace of mind knowing that all dietary needs can be catered for.
